Where can the couple get ready?

We do not have a bridal suite or getting ready area. There is a studio rental directly across the street from us that you can rent out by the hour. More info below:

Is there a commercial kitchen on-site?

Not at this time. We do have a 30-inch refrigerator/freezer for cake/smaller food items and ice.

Can we cook inside Seventh Place?

There is no cooking indoors. If the food is brought ready, it can be served on chafing dishes indoors.

Where do caterers set up?

Typically caterers set up right outside the patio, and can cook there.

Are food trucks permitted?

Yes!

What are the in and out times day of the event?

The rental of the venue is 12 hours. We ask that all guests exit at 12:00 AM and that the venue be locked by our team no later than 1:00 AM.

]How does breakdown work?

Price includes cleanup after events, but we do ask that no food or drink stay in the venue overnight. Please make sure that all food and bev trash is left in or right outside the dumpster in the back alley.

Do I have to have a wedding planner?

A wedding planner/coordinator is highly recommended. A day of coordinator is required and must be one of Seventh Place’s coordinators. We will provide you options post booking your event.

What is the cost of the use of one of Seventh Place’s coordinators?

Below is appx pricing:

Day of Coordination: $1,450

Month of Coordination: $1,750

2 Month’s of Coordination: $2,250-$2,500

What does the booking process look like for the coordinator?

Once you book the venue, we connect you with 3 of our coordinators. We give you 4 weeks to meet with them and decide which one suits your needs best. The cost of the coordinator is separate from venue and booked directly with the coordinator.

What does the booking look like for the in house bar services?

We connect you with our bartending manager 4 months prior to your event. During this time we will go over your needs and drink menu. We will also invoice you for the bar services at this time.

Is there on site parking available?

There is no parking lot attached to the building. Seventh Place guests can either park on the street for free or in the open air public parking lot on Mateo and Violet Street. If you do not want guests to worry about parking, you can hire valet through Seventh Place. Please speak with your site rep about a valet quote for your event.

How many restaurants are available to guests?

There are two separate restrooms. In one there are three stalls and in the other there

are two and a urinal.
