Seventh Place is a classic bow truss style building that was constructed in 1947. It has been restored to showcase its industrial roots, making it a hidden gem in a central location. The building has retained its original charm and character, with beautiful wood beams and exposed brick walls that serve as the ideal backdrop for all types of celebrations.

We take pride in the impeccable upkeep of the building and believe in letting the space speak for itself, allowing its uniqueness to shine through. The interior has undergone minimal alterations, preserving its original character. The building is adaptable for various uses and available to rent for corporate events, launch parties, bar and bat mitzvahs, film and photo shoots, weddings, and any other special occasions.

The interior space of Seventh Place spans over 5,000 square feet of raw event space with a charming side-garden entrance for guests. Additionally, the building boasts a lush outdoor patio that spans over 2,000 square feet, perfect for indoor/ outdoor events.
