SEVENTH/PLACE

Located in DTLA’s vibrant Arts district, Seventh Place is a rustic bow truss turn of the century warehouse constructed from brick and wood beams with polished concrete floors.  Our venue serves as an artistic backdrop for you to fill in as you wish. The space is admired for its high ceilings, repurposed wood walls, and verdant outdoor patio boasting passionfruit vines and other lush greenery. An electric glass garage door separates our 5,000 square foot hall from the 2,000 square foot patio which creates an effortless flow from the indoors to the outdoors. Our space opens up for private events, film and photography for a long or short term rental period.

  • We did an event at Seventh/Place in October and it was a great venue! The interior was immaculate and had a great feel for a wedding. The patio was awesome and had perfect lighting. Everything was clean and the ambiance and vibe were great. The guests came in very excited and they all seemed very happy when they left. I would highly recommend having an event here especially a wedding!

It came with a list of recommended vendors which was incredibly helpful and Ani is one of the sweetest people ever & had lots of advice for us as well!   • We held our wedding at Seventh/Place in July 2019. We had the most amazing experience and I couldn't be more grateful for this venue and staff. Ani was helpful for months and months before our event - extremely responsive, always willing to schedule a walk-through with different vendors, and very accommodating when issues arose. The venue itself is beautiful, I am still getting compliments on it a month later.

  • This space is incredible! I'm convinced that it is truly a perfect venue and you'd be hard pressed to find anything better. The venue is turnkey and ready to be transformed. I appreciate that the venue came empty so that we could bring in the exact furniture rentals that we wanted without needing to worry about hiding existing furniture (which is a huge pain when you're dealing with multiple load ins!). Everyone I dealt with from the venue team was easy to work with. I very much appreciate them being willing to work with us and for allowing us to host our event in this space and will definitely recommend it!

  • Seventh Place is a gorgeous venue and was well suited to our client's boho chic celebration. We appreciated the rustic farmhouse tables, high top cocktail tables and white chairs that came with the space. The indoor and outdoor string lights also added a lot of charm. This space has so many beautiful design elements built into it, allowing our client to maximize the bang for their budget. Lemor, the Events Director, was a joy to work with! She was very responsive and accessible throughout the planning process. We highly recommend Seventh Place! Thank you for a great event!
